Thank you for your understanding!
In this tutorial I’ll show you how to change the color of a PNG file (or any solid-colored image!) using Pixlr.com! No download is required, and it is free.
Step 1:
Make sure you have the file you wish to edit saved to your computer.
Step 2:
Go to Pixlr.com, click Pixlr Editor in the menu bar, and select "Open image from computer" as shown in the image above.
Step 3:
Adjust the settings as necessary to achieve the desired effect. You can also adjust the image size under Image > "Image Size..."
Step 4:
Save your new image by going to File > “Save…” and upload your image online (Often times there is a place to upload images on your blog, or you can use an online image storing website like Photobucket).
Step 5:
Use the following code snippet to link up your image to the URL of your choice and paste it into the area of your choosing (you can add the image to a blog post, a static page, your sidebar, etc.)
Replace the link in red with whatever URL you want the image to link to. For example, if I wanted to link the image to my Twitter profile, I would replace the red text with http://twitter.com/thepixelista
Replace the link in blue with your image link.
(it might look similar to: http://your-website.com/uploads/icon.png)
